FAIR USE policy for all ‘FIX MY…’ packages

To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service, our unlimited follow-up queries offer is subject to a fair use policy.

Following the delivery of our final report/presentation, clients are invited to submit any follow-up questions or require further clarifications.

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours, Monday through Friday excluding Bank Holidays. During peak holiday seasons, (July, August & December) it may take longer to formulate a reply.

Only questions related to the scope of the original project are included in this offer.

Queries should be submitted via email to info@wordsthatsell.co.uk. If a discussion is necessary, a meeting of up to 30 minutes can be scheduled.
